Assembly means the Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu & Kashmir
Bill means a motion for making a law;
Calling Attention Notice means a notice given by a Member to call the attention of a Minister to any matter of urgent public importance;
Deputy Speaker means Deputy Speaker of the Assembly;
Finance Minister means the Minister of Finance appointed by the President on advice of Prime Minister to perform the functions of Minister of Finance of Government or any other Minister acting as such;
Gazette means the official Gazette of Azad Jammu & Kashmir
Government means the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir
House means the Legislative Assembly of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir
Leader of Opposition means a member who, in the opinion of the Speaker, is for the time being leader of the majority of the members in the Opposition;
Leader of the House means the Prime Minister or any other most senior Minister designated in this behalf;
Session means the period commencing on the day of the first meeting of the Assembly after having been summoned and ending on the day the Assembly is prorogued or dissolved;
Sitting means the meeting of the Assembly or any of its Committees from the commencement of its business to the termination of the business for the day;
Speaker means speaker of the Assembly;
Starred question means a question for an oral answer, and un-starred question means a question for a written answer;
